No.
no only hoof pick
Yes you can but this takes a long time if the dirt is packed. It is better to use a hoof pick to remove the dirt in a horses hoof.
You use a hoof pick to clean hooves, not a soft brush. You begin by lifting the horses hoof and picking from back to front. Many hoof picks have small brushes attached to sweep away the debris. Make sure you don't stab the frog or puncture the sole while cleaning the hoof, but make sure you get all the gunk out. Once the hoof is clean, gently set it down and move on to the next one. During a bath or basic grooming, you can take a stiff or medium stiff brush and scrub the outer part of the horses hooves to make them look clean.
The can not. AS many may know, this is a trick question because I'm sure that physically they can but literally since there is a metal hoof covering it then they can't see there own foot.
Horses have hooves, as do Cows, Goats, deer, Cattle and Pigs - though they have a "Cloven Hoof" which is made of two hooves stuck together on each foot (these animals can also suffer from foot and mouth) Cammels, Giraffes and Bison also have hooves
You start with a curry comb-use this in circular motions to loosen up dirt and mud (dont use this on the legs). Then use a dandy or stiff brush (they're the same thing) with a flicking motion of your wrist to flick the dirt off the coat (go in the direction of the coat with this brush) You may choose to folow up with a soft brush or a rag to wipe the smallest particles off and sort of polish the coat. You can use a face brush to brush the horses face too if you want. Then pick out the horses hooves to make sure nothing is stuck in there. You might also comb the mane and tail. I get by with just a stiff brush and hoof pick. The other supplies are just for a more thorough grooming and aren't really nesesary.
First of all, clean the BBQ basting brush as soon as you are done with it, so that the BBQ marinade doesn't dry and stick to the brush. Take some hot water in a tall cup and mix with dish soap and let the BBQ basting brush soak in it for 15-20 minutes. This will soften and remove most of the BBQ marinade that might have been stuck to the brush. Now clean vigorously with a coarse dish washing sponge and then rinse.
A person can clean a toilet with ordinary household items by pouring a small amount of bleach into the bowl. A toilet brush can then be used to scrub down the surface and loosen stuck on grime.

Unscrew the blinker bulb, clean it with a wire brush, and then try it.
