Darks. Only whites, should be washed with other whites if you do not want any color shift in the white garments. If the colored clothing is sufficiently old and wash a number of times it is unlikely to bleed any color, but your whites will always stay whiter only washing with other white garments.

i wouldn't. i would try to wash them off with a washcloth or something. if you need to, you can, you can also dry them in the dryer if your dryer is one of those which spin.
I don't think that the color of your clothes matter. Kickboxing clothing has a wide variety of colors, from darks, to lights, to brights. The color shouldn't really matter.
