Darks. Only whites, should be washed with other whites if you do not want any color shift in the white garments. If the colored clothing is sufficiently old and wash a number of times it is unlikely to bleed any color, but your whites will always stay whiter only washing with other white garments.
You can generally wash clothes of similar colors together to prevent bleeding. Group whites, lights, and darks separately to avoid color transfer. Use cold water for colors that bleed and separate new or bright garments on their first wash.
all darks colors such as * black *red *blue * violet

sort into lights and darks, set the water temperature, use mild soap, wash them,air-dry, iron when damp.
i wouldn't. i would try to wash them off with a washcloth or something. if you need to, you can, you can also dry them in the dryer if your dryer is one of those which spin.
Colors Right next to each other on the color wheel ( All lights and darks of the two colors.) But, This Could Be Wrong :-/
I don't think that the color of your clothes matter. Kickboxing clothing has a wide variety of colors, from darks, to lights, to brights. The color shouldn't really matter.
You might be able to get away with it once or twice, but overall, it is better that you do not. The dyes in clothes come out in the laundry water in small amounts. That is why clothes fade over time. If you are washing lights and darks together, when those dark dyes come out in the laundry water, they are going to be soaked up by the lighter clothes. Eventually, your lighter clothes will start to look pretty dingy, and since it is dye, you won't be able to do much about it.
They are called Sunspots
