It would be quickly used. Quickly is a adverb and used is a verb. It's kind of like the verb style of adjectives and nouns. An adverb would describe a verb the same what an adjective would describe a noun. You wouldn't say car red; you would say red car. The same thing would apply to verbs and adverbs. If used became before quickly it would have to we written like this: I used the object quickly.
