You cannot, you can equip a dual wield weapon, or a sword and shield, which is still a dual wield weapon. You cannot equip a dagger and a sword at the same time though, unless of course it is a dual wield wield weapon. (One bag slot)
In order to wield a sword in wizard101 you either have to become a level 45+ or get it from a magazine, kifreegames.com, and you could stitch a sword to a lower level wand so you are able to wield it. hope this helps

yes you can just because a tachi sword is longer than a katana doesn't mean you can't dual wield it.

Depends what kind of sword you want to wield. Samurai should with the cut to the opponents cut in the same movement as the wielding. Sometimes the oponent could block the wilding and survive the attack. In rare ocations both opponents are killed at once.
