No. They don't. You can breed your ponystars with each other by going to the male you want to breed and clicking Stallion Status. Then look where it says proposals. Pick the female you want him to breed with and click Request. When you've done that, go to Proposals on the left side menu. Then click on Received Requests and click Accept. Hope this helps! Well, to breed your own 2 ponies, you need one boy and one girl. They both must have at least 24 health points. Then go to "proposals" under "My Ponystars" and click on Stallion list. Type in your stallion's name and select the breed. When your stallion's picture appears, underneath him will be a button to request to breed. Click that, then go to "proposals" again and check "Received Requests" and their should be a request from yourself. Click accept. In 7 days your mare will have a baby in the nursery!
It depends on what your asking. If you want a new account, click on create a new pony. If you want one on your account then you either have to breed your current account or buying a pony from either the breeder or buying cheaper and older ponies from the black market. To buy ponies from the breeder and the black market, all your ponies or over half of them have to be over 18 health.
