Yes, zoos do protect animals. If they were out in the wild many wouldn't have any chance of surviving. But in zoos their food, water, any supplements, or shots they need are brought to them. Any medical attention they need is available for them. They are usually cared for and have enough room to move, play, and many times they are given "enrichment toys and food". Plus they are protected from their predators, and babies abandoned are hand reared. Almost all zoos protect the animals from the visitors too, not allowing the guests to harass them, throw things at them, or be too loud, or taunt the animals. It's not always perfect or ideal, but as a general rule, most zoos that are accredited, or certified do try to protect and care for their animals.

Zoos do show care for animals. However, the care can be improved by using different training methods, such a positive reinforcement. This will increase the zoo keepers chances of receiving more willing behavior from the animals.

Not all zoos are bad.... some zoos treat the animals correctly but all zoos are bad the animals are not happy, they are confined to areas and treated horribly by people and they attack people get over stressed and even die a lot earlier then they should, they also have a harder time reproducing because all animals live and their is no some live some die it is what it is in the wild all animals live.... they actually kill animals after the animals grow out of there cute baby stage that's the truth from, informed reader and notifier of truth!!
