Yes, definitely. Years ago I learned this while driving down 23rd street, and saw an injured goose. Being right by the zoo, I took it there, where they accepted it.
welll..... other animals can be harmed by zoos you never know
They are keeping them in the organization so they won't be harmed and they are feeding and taking care of them.

zoos are very cruel because they take this poor animals out of there home
As with all places, it depends on the zoo. There are zoos that take good care of their animals, and some that are wicked.
Zoos educate people about wild animals and their care. They also take in and/or rehabilitate animals that have been injured, or care for animals that would not survive in the wild.
it depends on the zoo but, generally, zoos in the US take very good care of their animals.
i think its because sometimes the animals can get the sickness from other animals in the zoos
Not all zoos let scientists study their animals. Only certain types of zoos let them study their animals!
animals die in zoos caused by stress and loneliness
Because some zoos don't keep the animals for entertainment. Some zoos are there for conservation efforts, which means that they take endangered animals out of the wild, to a saf place where they can breed. They then release the animals back into the wild in an attempt to allow their numbers to grow back into a healthy population.
Citizens Lobbying for Animals in Zoos was created in 1996.
