All matter has life! This might seem a strange thing to say, but if you are a true Christian, in a few minutes you will readily agree with me, and it will be obvious to you that this was the reality in which Jesus lived and worked.
What manner of man is this? The individual follower of Jesus had reason to ask this question, over and over, until the day when he or she finally came to realize that he was indeed the Jehovah incarnate; the very Son of God; the Messiah. Jesus performed countless miracles, but the one below is perhaps more special than the others, in a sense;
37 And there arose a great storm of wind, and the waves beat into the ship, so that it was now full.
38 And he was in the hinder part of the ship, asleep on a pillow: and they awake him, and say unto him, Master, carest thou not that we perish?
39 And he arose, and rebuked the wind, and said unto the sea, Peace, be still. And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.
40 And he said unto them: Why are ye so fearful? How is it that ye have no faith?
41 And they feared exceedingly, and said one to another: What manner of man is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him? (Mark 4:37-41)
In this miracle something happened that is very important to make note of. It might have happened many times before and perhaps after, but we have no recorded evidence of it; Jesus performed a miracle by addressing inanimate objects; the wind and the sea. It is strange that the disciples did not ask the question:
How can wind and water hear and obey the voice of Jesus? So astounded were the men at what they had witnessed that they could only focus on the miracle, and the man who performed the miracle. They totally forgot to ask themselves how come wind and water, being dead, could hear the voice of Jesus - and obey! The simple answer, of course, must be; the wind and water are not dead at all; all matter has life!
When the earth was created, the same being, even Jesus, (then known as Jehovah, a Spirit Son of God), commanded the elements, which listened, and obeyed. This is obvious proof to the believer that all matter has life. No matter how much Jehovah would have called out to dead elements, they would have stayed in their place, the earth would have continued to be "without form and void", there would be nowhere to plant seeds, nowhere to place animals, no place for a Garden of Eden, and man would never have been created. When the disciples woke up Jesus, fearing for their life, if there was no life in the molecules of the air and water - Jesus could have shouted until they drowned, for dead things cannot hear, let alone obey!
Knowing that all matter has life strengthens our faith in God and his Son! Suddenly we can understand how come matter obeys the master. I, for one, am absolutely convinced that all the natural laws are upheld as a result of the particles obeying the commandments of Jesus. Scientifically there is a beautiful explanation, but with other commandments it would have lead to the need for other scientific explanations. What we need to know now is why the elements always obey, when man so often disobeys the commandments of God. How come man will receive the greater blessings knowing it is so?
No. There is nothing like living matter. Matter does not live. But life also does not sustain or exists without matter.
Chemistry
Atoms form all the materials, living or not.
Organic matter is what life is made of - this means that some of that life are producers and some are decomposers (and some are consumers).
All types of matter have physical properties.
The doctrine/belief that everything material, no matter how small and seemingly unimportant has a level of life and consciousness is called 'Panpsychism'. If Christians took the time to investigate the consequences of their faith, they would find that this doctrine is part of the Christian understanding. This doctrine is well explained on my website http:/www.jesus-explained.org/all-matter-has-life.html.
A metaphysical doctrine denying the existence of matter.
Well, when someone says, "get a life," just tell them you're in it and it doesn't change no matter what. We all have a life.
Disciples comes from all over the world and from all walks of life. They are someone who believes and helps to spread the doctrine of another.
Most religions claim theirs is the only true one. Logically all cannot be correct in this. Therefore all are wrong or only one is correct. So either all teachers of religious dogma are teaching false doctrine or most are. These are referred to as heretics. Which one (if any) is the correct one is a matter of faith.
Yes unless its antimatter.
This is a great quote referring to the fact that your life may be long, but that doesn't matter. What matters is that you lived a life that was meaningful and fulfilled your purpose. After you die, nothing you have on this earth will matter. All that will matter is what your life did to prepare you for eternity.
No. There is nothing like living matter. Matter does not live. But life also does not sustain or exists without matter.
The study of the Bible itself is the doctrine of faith. The doctrine of salvation for all mankind.
matter
All known life and biological matter.
