Sounds like a problem I had years ago with a Ford I was driving. To cut a long story short I ended up find in a microscopic hole in one of the fuel lines. Not enough to make it leak but when suction was applied it did suck in air, In hot weather and when the engine got warm it would build up a vapour lock that stopped the car. The fuel pump however was on the engine side of the fuel line. replaced the fuel line and the thing worked great again.
fuel injector
Fuel injectors I'd assume. I have a fuel injector stuck open on my car and sometimes it stalls while accelerating. Check it out, maybe. These '93's have 100000 problems..
Have fuel filter or fuel injector checked..
The same thing happened with my a987 Chevy Celebrity 2.8L V6. Its problem turned out to be failed fuel injectors. I replaced 3 out of the 6 injectors and it has been fine since.
Dirty injectors.
The injectors may need cleaned. There may also be a problem with the carburetor not ejecting enough gas to the engine.
I also have a 94 350 that I built from scratch and have the same problem. Could be anything really. Out of time, TB rebuild, clogged injector. You may want to start with making sure it's getting good fuel pressure out of both injectors, if not you could either have the fuel pump going out or a clogged fuel filter. fuel system... likely injector
Maybe the MAF connectors are dirty? Google "SHO stalls intermittently" for more info. I had the same problem with a 1993 SHO. The problem was the injectors. believe it or not 5 of the 6 injectors were bad.
Have you changed fuel filter and check fuel pump presure?
If your 1994 Pontiac Trans Am randomly stalls out while driving, you may have clogged fuel injectors or a bad distributor. Check the distributor first, as this is the easiest to replace.
you have a sensor problem.
