No. Lava can start fires but cannot become fire.
there is no oxygen on the moon, therefore, a fire could not start because in the fire triangle, (the materials needed to start a fire) the fire needs oxygen, which the moon does not have, fuel, and heat.
You can use the knife to create sparks from flint to start a fire.
To start a fire, you will need fuel (such as wood or paper), a spark (from matches, a lighter, or a fire starter), and oxygen. It's important to have a safe and controlled environment to prevent the fire from spreading uncontrollably.
Possible causes for a 1983 Dodge D150 pickup not firing when trying to start could include issues with the ignition system (such as a faulty ignition coil or distributor), fuel delivery problems (like a clogged fuel filter or failing fuel pump), or issues with the starter motor. It is also advisable to check the spark plugs and wires for any signs of damage or wear.

Samuel Colt in the middle 1800's.
The colt 1911 fires .45ACP ammunition.
My colt would fire then die often. Run occasionally for a few minutes, then die. Ater replacing or cleaning everything. I found the MAP sensor was bad. Napa is the only parts store that has it. If you do a search for it on their web site you will see a picture of it.
I have a 1995 dodge Dakota that didnt fire either first go for the cheaper step and check the fuses if its not that check the crank shaft sensor that is what mine turned out to be. it was only 60 dollars for the part and 5 minutes of my time.
Take the coil off have it checked or replace it
