When he saw her in the Kimono it seemed as though he thought she looked beautiful. When they got separated he usually called her name first. He wouldn't let Dawn use the lure Misty gave him. The whole 'She is not my girlfriend' thing. They held hands a LOT when they got scared or were in danger. He called her outfit she was wearing cute. They argue. He's always very happy to see her after she stopped traveling with them. There are many more hints Ash likes Misty. You could even count how Pikachu liked Misty because Pokemon can represent their trainers. Also if you noticed, Pikachu only said Chaaa when Misty was there, usually when Misty was scratching his head.

Yes, obviously. Cause, she always acts like it. And the best hint, in the last episode you see Misty ("Gotta Catch Ya Later") she tells him the moment she's leaving things like.. Make sure Pikcahu doesn't eat too much. Something like that. Then this is exactly what she said. "And Ash, one more thing." "What?" Ash asked. "Well, just keep being yourself..." Misty answered. "Oh, ok." And lol right after that Brock was like HOLD EVERYTHING!! He also had to leave a few episodes :P
