At a dosage that high, you should speak to your physician first so he/she can monitor you closely. Zinc can become toxic if taken in too high of doses for an extended period of time. Depending your age and gender, you can get a better idea of what is a good dosage for you to take. Unfortunately, to the best of my knowledge, no studies have been conducted to determine the best form of zinc supplements and the optimum range to suppress estrogen. I think a good starting point if you feel you are estrogen dominant is to start with maybe 15 mg daily and see how you feel, and then work your way up to 50 mg daily if need be to find the right dosage for you.
