If you use a kitchen measuring spoon, then two teaspoons equals 10ml since one teaspoon is 5ml.

Never use a spoon you eat with to measure medication since there is no standard on eating utensils. A regular spoon (even the ones meant to stir tea) are not acurate to measure for cooking, baking, or medication.
