Sadly, No. the 1992 Maxima is a member of Nissan Maximas 3rd generation body style which ranges from 1989 to 1993. The 1994 Maxima is the first year of the new 4th generation body style which ranges from 1994 to 1998. While the 1994 Maxima shares many same mechanical parts with the late models in the 3rd generation (such as engine, transmission etc) it does have a new and distinct body style which is not interchangeable with previous Maxima models.
