no 3g is a web speed and dual camera refers to two cameras
No, the iPhone 3G does not have a front camera.
Thats impossible if you keep the same iPod! 3g has no camera and 4g does. Buy a new iPod
You can't because there is simply no camera on the iPod Touch 3G.
You. Can't there is no camera on the 3G model however there is one on the 4g models

The ipod touch 3g 8gb does not have a camera , they have not been put on the ipod yet
no.
This depends on the interpretation of the question. iPhone 3G has a camera that is capable of taking both video and still image, but Apple has limit the iPhone 3G camera to only taking still image. It is possible to take video on the iPhone 3G using Cycorder, but doing so require you to jailbreak your iPhone 3G.
It depends which one you get. As of early June 2011: If you get the Droid x2 you only get 500mb or so of RAM, you only get 3G, but you get a Dual Core Processor. If you get a Droid Incredible 2 you get 700mb or so of RAM, you only get 3G, but you get a front-facing 1.3mp camera. If you get the Droid Charge you get 700mb or so of RAM (I think), you get 4G, and you get a 1.3mp camera.
You can know if a table PC has at least 1GB of ram, dual cameras, a high resolution display, and 2G or 3G Sim calling by contacting the manufacturer. The box it comes in will also list most of these features on the outside for easy viewing.
The iPhone 3G already have a camera that is capable of recording video. The inability to record video on the iPhone 3G by default is a software limitation rather than hardware limitation. To record video on an iPhone 3G, simply jailbreak your iPhone 3G and install Cycorder.
