AT&T does not charge for minutes over on the Go Phones; these are pre-paid phones only.
It depends on the plan you have. Check your contract agreement.

Ten cents.
It all depends on the type of phone you wish to purchase, for they have phones ranging from $9.00 to $500.00 (AT&T). Another price one should keep in mind is the price of the minutes one needs to keep the phone activated. One can find these specific prices at AT&T, a commercial site, or find a phone you like at their AT&T outlet stores or department stores that carry AT&T GoPhones.
Yes!!! Good job on the make-up.
AT&T has a cell phone plan for $39.99, its least expensive. This plan gives you 450 minutes a month that roll over, and it includes 5000 minutes a month for night and weekends.

ATT offers two different types of phone plans. The ATT phone plans include standard and prepaid. The standard type of ATT phone plan is available on all ATT cell phones. For the standard plan, you must buy a phone with a two year contract and make monthly payments. With a standard plan, you can choose unlimited or pay for the number of minutes you want a month. The prepaid ATT phone plan is for the GoPhone. You pay for your minutes, messaging, and web until they run out. This plan is best for people not on their phones too much.
ATT would have no way of knowing if your device were connected to another device by Bluetooth. They wouldn't charge you for using a plug-in earphone...same thing for Bluetooth.
