No, I've been taking both for years and have never had a problem.
As a rule of thumb Birth Control pills work beside anything, but read through both of the usage information sheets and consult a doctor if still in doubt.

∙ 10y agoAnswer: To be quite honest, I'm not 100 percent sure what taking both will do to you. However I know that it is very unlikely that taking both a birth control and a stimulant medication will be dangerous to your health. There is a problem with certain birth controls minimizing the stimulants effects. Some birth controls may cause the Adderall to not work as effectively, however other birth controls have been shown to even increase the effects of Addeall [not anything to significantly however]. Another thing you need to be aware of is the chance of pregnancy with any birth control and the effects of Adderall on the unborn baby. In some studies it has been shown to cause birth defects and even miscarriages while taking Adderall. So it is extremely important to talk to your doctor about these two medications. If you do become pregnant while on Adderall, it would be wise for you to stop taking it, however you and your doctor are the ones who get to decide whether or not the benefits overweigh the risks.

I say this because adderall and birth control pills can affect a woman's blood pressure, circulation, heart etc, and bc pills have a risk on the package that says "when taking bc pills (stop smoking) because of the risk of blood clots in women over 35"- pay some attention to the words on the pill packages, they are there for a reason.
