I do Crossfit workouts which are pretty intense and there are two things that cause an issue.

Adderall has a tendency make you eat far less than usual so in order to keep your energy level up you're almost forced to shove food down your throat.

The other issue might be more mental but I will typically take my Adderall after I do my workout in the morning so that it doesn't have any affect on my heart rate. I do notice an increased heart rate during the day after popping the little pill so it might be something to think about for having a heart attack mid sprint.
