I don't know what ideals "America" holds as that is a lot of very different people. I find that America falls short on many of its ideals, but at least we have some and many of us do our best to live up them.
You ask that about a nation that puts underweight women up as ideals when more than half the population is overweight. Surely you jest.

yes
No it does not live up to its ideals. This country royally screws up in every aspect of life. i think that a monkey could do a better job than a lot of todays government officials. I wish i could personally improve what is going on in our country today. This country is one of the best, but it is still pretty badly run. I blame all of the people in the federal government. They need to learn how to do their job correctly, and they should follow the constitution more strictly. This country needs lots of improvement. If it really lived up to its ideals this country called the united states would be a lot better off. The bottom line is this country doesnt know the meaning of living up to ideals.
No I live in Australia and I have joined up you can join up if you live anywhere

Flappers Changed the world we know live in because it effected young girls inner emotions of being equal and similar to older women out into the world and expressing how they truly felt. American's experienced the ideals of women becoming flappers shortly after WW1 in Great Britain. the ideas of the flapper image originated around the Jazz age when women would change their style in hair , clothing and makeup. The flappers influence spread all throughout america changing young girls into a new generation of what we like to call perilous objects of the mind. flappers were an important part of the 1920's because it helped american women open up and become independent the last impact flappers had on people was giving america a whole different perspective and outlook on what young girls wanted, they wanted a change for women.
