Most of them. Anyone has access to Wikianswers, so anyone can put an answer. Some people put nonsense answers that don't make sense, and that aren't correct. But another user can put different answer that is correct. But sometimes, it's the other way around. But eventually the correct answer comes up.
I wouldn't neccessarily say answers.com is accurate, but it is, for the most part good for advice questions. Sometimes, people will answer a question they have a gut filling they know the answer when they really don't or there is vandalism. The best thing to do is maybe ask the question and double check the information or triple check.
