The Washington would probably fit the bill. It's simple accommodation, but decent quality. Definitely cheap, especially for it's location. Great staff and a cracking fry up.

It is difficult to know what is considered "cheap", but a basic hotel in Bath might be the Dorset Villa Hotel which charges approximately å£49 for a standard double room. A little more expensive is St Christopher's Inn where a twin room can be booked for approximately å£66.

There are many sites that can help you find a cheap hotel near the O2 Arena area. The best thing to do is to look in advance, if possible. Many cheap hotel sites offer discounts if you bundle a rental car or a flight with the room. You can check sites like Trip Advisor, Booking and Expedia.
There are countless websites where you can find cheap hotels on or around Fripp Island. I myself don't really know of any though, but there are a lot.
You should try using www.expedia.com. I know that you can bid on hotel rooms in this iste, and they are usually four or five star resorts; definately worth a look.

I don't think there are any timeshare rentals that are cheap, but you could stay in a hotel like Days Inn or Holiday Inn. They always seem to have rooms reasonably priced.
