yes, because your hair will look like crap. It's not "bad" to use hairspray on wet hair, it just won't work as well. Hairspray is meant to be used on dry hair.

honestly, garnier is a drugstore product that i tried and did not like. it leaves wax in your hair which leads to tangly and dry hair. try deep conditioners like the aussie 3 minute miracle & shampoos that have keratin or moroccon oil in them. also do some research on the Organix hair products. i'm currently using them & they work amazing!

I haven't tried every single frizzy to smooth shampoo out there, but i have come pretty close. The one that I have found to work the best for my frizzy wavy hair with out any extra product is Aussie Sydney Smooth shampoo and conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner that has worked the best with extra products is Garnier Fructis sleek and shine system with the extra syrum and leave in conditioner. Herbal essences doesnt work and Pantene is ok.
