Betty White has never had children of her own. She was married 3 times, with Allen Ludden, her 3rd husband she became a step-mother to his son David and 2 daughters, Martha and Sarah.
In my point of view to the best of my knowledge she had some stepchildren - none of her own though.
Allen Ludden died from stomach cancer on June 9, 1981, in Los Angeles. They had no children together, though she is stepmother to his three children from his first marriage. White has not remarried since Ludden's death.
