Most celebrities don't know they are going to be celebrities when they are that young so they can't determine if they are going to get married or not. A lot of singers just have girlfriends or boyfriends and if they are serious about that person, then they could have the option about getting married, but only Bill will know if he is going to get married or not.
He has said he would like to meet the lady of his life and maybe get married if it feels right. He envisioned a wedding on the beach, they would be wearing red and black and have their rings tattooed on their fingers.
