Camelot does exist. It's somewhere in Britain. But it's very far away from where you are.

It is not known where Camelot may have once stood, some historians believe Camelot was in Caerleon, South wales while others believe it was in Somerset, England and some believe it did not exist at all.
No. There may have been a king that he was based on for the legend, but there was no Camelot.
No. The closest you can get to Camelot and King Arthur being real would be that King Arthur was actually a Roman who grew up in Britain and so later became King of "Camelot" Which probably didn't exist. :)
