Christianity has many denominations and sects, each with their own set of rules. Christianity is not a religion, it's many, many religions. The most common denominator among Christians is the Christian Bible, the New Testament, and the ten commandments. Each denomination or sect has their own interpretation of these and has devised their rules according to their interpretation.
Christianity does not have any rules about what you can or can not eat.
God's Word, the Bible
Christianity has no rules about this and abides by the local laws of whichever country they are marrying in.
The 10 Commandments, also known as the Decalogue.
They get frowned upon or excommunicated.
The one where the rules come directly from the mouth of jesus as opposed to the convoluted regulations that have been invented over the past 2000 years.
Judaism is the religion Christianity is from, ( Jesus was a Jew). Also Jews use the majority of the old testament in the bible. They have similar rules. They both use the 10 commandments
The two golden rules. Jehovah God first an love your neighbour as yourself....
Catholicism. They make up their own rules as they go along.
Sure- to the best of my knowledge there is nothing in Catholicism or Christianity that dictates location or rules for display.
My understanding of Protestantism is that the individual has a personal relation with God without an intermediary. This frees the worshipper from institutional rules.
zath- authentic Christianity is where people just follow what Jesus says and listens only to his word, on the other hand, religious Christianity is where you have a bunch of rules you have to follow, and it is where you focus on the WORD more than the GOD part, I'll leave you on this note, Jesus was one of the most non-relgious people in history.
