Absolutely not. Remember, the clones turned on the Jedi in Ep.III under the orders of Chancellor Palpatine. Not to mention the fact that Cody tried to kill Kenobi by shooting him off the side of a cliff with a tank.

Although the clones were and could be friends with their Jedi commanders, when Palpatine gave an order it was carried out. It's as simple as that. Emotions didn't stand in the way.
