Does a CompTIA A plus and Net plus qualify you to be a Network Specialist?
The comptia A+ certification qualifies you as an entry level Help Desk Technician. And example wold be something similar to geeksquad or a local computer shop doing computer repair. The comptia N+ would be more geared toward a career in network engineering or managemnet specialty.
