It does but you need a couple of sesssions to start to really see the difference. It's usually combined with a facial too. I don't know the science of it but I find it a really great alternative to having any other more drastic treatment. It has definitely cleared and reduced my wrinkles and toned my face. Your face just looks more flushed and bright (sounds strange but those are the comments that I get). Also it really is good for dark circles or puffy eyes.
