yes it does.
yes u can, i have an xvid enabled player n i have used to play avi xvid files with it frm a disc containing other files
Mine does avi fine and that was bought 4 years ago. I think DivX and avi files are the same format.
There are a few free movie player programs that can play AVI files. The most popular are those that can be found at the websites for DivX and Free AVI Player.
Yes. If your DVD Player supports DIVX media file types, then it can also play MP4 files too.
Yes we have put several divx movies and music files on one 2gig flash drive watches all the movies no problems and played some music
There exist some DivX players that do. Most don't. Mp4 is a container format that is a form of mpg. If you already have your DivX player and it plays mpg files but not mp4, one trick to try is to rename the suffix (file type) of the file to .mpg. It works for some players and some encodings, but it's not guaranteed.
I think it's not possible. What you can do is to encode your MKV files first with a video app like Handbrake or Brorsoft Video Converter.
only on disc not on usb as stated on the instruction booklet. DivX video files
aXXo files are playable in VLC Media Player. They are alternatives to VLC such as Media Player Classic and MPlayer. DivX/XviD DVD players are also compatible. Most aXXo movies are 701MB meaning they will fit on one CD-R/CD-RW.
No only MP4's for video. It will not play MOV, AVI, DIVX or FLV. Not tried any others yet. I'm hoping to be able to hack it and change this as I want it to play FLV (You Tube / Web) and AVI without having to keep re-rendering the video all the time!
It depends upon you DVD player. If you have simple DVD player then it will play mpeg2 format which are in the .vob files and ac3 which is audio format. It should also play the mpeg1 format which is usually in .dat or called video cds. The new DVD players also support xvid or divx codecs.
Yes VLC media player will play .m4v files.
