All of those drinks do three things: direct you to drink a lot of water (which dilutes the drugs in your urine to, hopefully, undetectable levels), gives you some riboflavin (to turn the urine a more believable yellow color) and adds a little creatine to your diet (which is SUPPOSED to fool the dilution test, but that's looking for a creatine metabolite rather than creatine itself). Basically, drinking a lot of water and taking two B2 tabs a day does the same thing for 1/100th the cost.

Been there done that. Do it just before the test. Read the directions. It will clear drugs but will also give a low creaninie level (creaninin is tested to on the drug test) that is how to test to see if you use these cleansing tests. BUT say you always drink alot of water. I do drink alot of water and my creaninin is always low with or without the cleansing drink. Good luck.
