There does not seem to be a generic version of Minerva 35. The main ingredients in Minerva 35 is cyproterone acetate, and a similar pill goes by the names of Dianette, Diane 35, and Dixi 35 in other countries.
I assume you mean Diane 35. It would, over time, certainly feminize the person. However, Diane 35 is not the best choice for transition since it contains one of the most dangerous forms of estrogen in terms of blood clots and liver damage. You should only take hormones under the care of a licensed physician.
Sad to say there is no real cure. Although there is a vaccination you can get. the vaccination will usually last for 30-35 years. Or at least that is what i heard!
I'm also on Diane (protip Brenda-35 is exactly the same and half the price) and if you want to delay or even skip your period just skip the white (placebo) pills and take the next yellow (active) pill in the pack. FYI it's not unhealthy or dangerous for you to skip or delay your period for a month or two.
