They tell everyone they don't because they only have PERSONAL facebooks. Their facebooks don't say "cole sprouse" "Dylan sprouse" cole mitchell sprouse or Dylan thomas sprouse! those are all fakes. especially if they have the word "real or private or one and only" because they just don't have officials.

however, i do happen to know their personal facebooks, since i met them before they told me (and im not lieing, i have met them)

you can give it a shot and request and see if they respond, hopefully they will accept. but they don't answer inbox messages at all, so don't try.
