Edward Richtofen is the guy who locked Dr. maxis, Samantha Maxis and her pregnant dog fluffy in a teleporter, fluffy gave birth during the teleportation and created the first hell hound dr.maxis is the clown-ish voice you hear when you get insta kill and the little girl laughing/ crying is Samantha maxis who tries to help you i think.

However, he is inspired from other, real Nazi doctors, such as Josef Mengele probably, as in many of his quotes, he evokes torture and experimenting on live patients. His name originates from WWI fighter ace, Manfred Von Richthofen. He is said to have contributed to the creation of "Die Glocke", a secret nazi device that supposedly uses unconventional means of propulsion to "teleport" it's occupants. However, all those who really did participate in this project were assassinated and buried in a mass grave. He must therefore, be a fake
