If cousins are allowed to be married then i don't see any problem in half brother and sister to be married; as in cousin one of the blood line is the same anyway; were as in half brother and sister would be the same case. Rather; I personally believe it would be better as they would know much more about each other and more chances of their marriage being a Grate hit.
