Leafpool hides her secret by confiding in Squirrelflight, who agrees to raise the kits as her own. Leafpool distances herself from her kits, Jayfeather, Lionblaze, and Hollyleaf, and the clan is led to believe they are Squirrelflight's. Only a select few, including Cinderpelt, her sister, know the truth.

Do Crowfeather and Leafpool have kits together?
Yes. Their kits are Hollyleaf, Jayfeather, and Lionblaze. Squirrelflight lies and says that they are her kits to protect her sister, and Brambleclaw does not know. Leafpool supposedly is pregnant around the book Sunset as Brambleclaw mentions her looking plump and well-fed, and there are several other clues telling us that Squirrelflight is not their mother (ie, not staying in the nursery, too healthy after kitting, no milk production) and that Leafpool is (ie, giving the kits gifts).

In sunrise Jayfeather,LionBlaze and Hollyleaf tried to tell him they were his kits and he said they weren't then at the gathering Hollyleaf explained to everyone that Crowfeather was her father and he still refused Leafpool even said something. Basically, he didn't know he had kits.

No they don't have any kits. You may think that they did have Jaykit, Hollykit, and Lionkit but those are actually Crowfeather and Leafpool's kits. Squirrelflight covered for Leafpool and took the kits.
