They can extradite you from just about anywhere if they want to. The problem is funding. Depending upon the bail amount and the severity of the charges...they may or may not decide to. It just depends on that particular county in West VA and whether or not they decide they want their suspect bad enough. Extradition cases are costly so often times they choose not to extradite in my experience. But every case is different of course.
