Though if you refer Game cleaners to something that can clean you discs. A regular glasses cleaner might as well be used. They aren't really wet, so it wont damage your games.
If you are referring to scratch removal, yes. I think it can cost you a bit of money though, about $5. You can also go to Movie Gallery/Blockbuster and they will remove the scratches. If you want to simply rid any disks of smudges, take a dry, soft cloth and rub it in strokes from the center of the disk ONLY. Do not clean the disk with circular strokes or from the outside as it will damage it.

There are places that clean disks for you for like 2 dollars a disk, or you can buy a CD resurfacing tool for 20 something at a local GameStop. Ask them if they have one.

Well if it does not work you can sell it to gamestop but if it does you an clean it with a dry shirt or just leave it be.

the bestway is to use fluids available at market to clean by using a soft cloth that do not scratch the disk.try to keep it away from humidity that will lead to black marks and damaged disk.
Yep, Netflix recommends it for discs that are scratched. It usually works for me. Use warm water and dish soap.
