For safety's sake, any city's offices would close in the case of extreme weather conditions. If you are referring to school closings, the local television station for Granada Hills, California would have a record of when schools (and which schools) have been closed or had delayed start-times in the past for weather-related reasons. I think that it is more likely that schools in that area would close for heat-related reasons during the months of April, May, or June.
Please specify which state- California or Texas- you mean.
Yes. Believe it or not, it snowed in Hollywood Hills on January 21,1920. c
Granada is a city in Spain, Europe. In my opinion, it is very cultural and interesting. Home to the Alhambra, as well. The Alhambra is a complex of palaces and fortresses, a very beautiful place to be. The sky in Granada looks different than in USA, though. It also has huge mountains with snow!! In fact, the Sierra Nevadas that we hear so much about in California are named after this range which is also the Sierra Nevada. Sierra Nevada means snow covered mountains.
no.
he asked "why don't we have snow, sleds, and hills? and when did we, in the past? did my parents have sleds when they were young? did you?"
