There's no such thing as a game specifically for a DS lite. DS games will work on a DSi, as long as it does not require slot-2, like Guitar Hero.

If you mean the controller included with the game Guitar Hero: On Tour, then No, there is no GBA slot for it.

The current Guitar Hero games out for Nintendo DS and Nintendo DS Lite will NOT work in the Nintendo DSi. We can only hope that there will be some decision within the Guitar Hero Headquarters that will cause them to come out with a new Guitar Hero game compatible with the new Nintendo DSi. A Solution (Maybe): If we're lucky the Guitar Hero Company will create a Guitar Hero game that can be downloaded from the Nintendo DSi Store. Therefore, they may release some sort of device (key pad) that hooks into the DS Slot. It would be awkward but it would be better than nothing, correct?

Buddy Holly (by Weezer) is on Guitar Hero On Tour Decades for the Nintendo DS (DS, DS Lite, or DSi. Plays on all of them.)

yes inside the box is a piece that you use and then it works. i have all the ds's and it only works on ds ds lit but not on dsi and dsi XL k!

DS lite because the DSi cant play GBA games. so you people out there that want a DSi and have Guitar Hero on Tour, DONT GET IT!

Guitar hero all ready made a game for the DS This is universal for all systems in the DS series. It is called guitar hero on tour.

Of course. All Nintendo DS games work on Nintendo DS Lites. some Nintendo DS/lite games do not work on the DSi, however (like guitar hero on tour) because the DSi has no GBA slot.

Yes, of course it will with theexception of guitar hero and all the other games that hook up in the gba slot in the old ds and ds lite

Yes it will. Guitar Hero On Tour Decades was made for the DS.

Unfortunately no, Guitar Hero: On Tour and it's sequels cannot be played on the Nintendo DSi, Nintendo DSi XL, Nintendo 3DS or Nintendo 3DS XL. All these systems do not have Slot-2 hardware (Game Boy Advance slot), which is the main requirement for this title.

You can by trading the GBA games,Option Paks and Guitar Hero in at GameStop

Yes - however, features reliant on the Game Boy Advance slot do not work for obvious reasons. As such, the Guitar Hero games are unplayable.

Depending upon the condition of the game, you can buy them for $40-$50. :) If you're selling be fair to the buyer and tell them of the faults in the game, and make sure to price fairly. By the way, Guitar Hero for the Nintendo DS can be used on the original Nintendo DS, and the Nintendo DS Lite. (Sadly, Nintendo DSi cannot cope with Guitar Hero, so if you love to play Guitar Hero don't trade in your Nintendo DS Lite to GameStop for the extra $70 off of the Nintendo DSi...)

guitar hero for the DS. =]

No it does not. The guitar hero grip goes in the gameboy slot. The grip doesn't fit in the old DS.

The DSI can play every official DS/DS lite game. however, games which require a Slot-2 pak to be inserted will not work as expected, as there is no slot-2 on a DSI. for example, guitar hero: On Tour requires a controller to be plugged into the slot-2. =) #7@

Yes, inside of the guitar hero on tour box is an adapter for the first ds

No. It is bad because no Guitar Hero for DS and You can't migrate Pokemon.

yes action replay dsi will work on ds and ds lite. however, action replay ds will not work on dsi. :-)

what is the game id for guitar hero on tour for ds

yes they are making (or made) a ds guitar hero but i gotta tell ya it looks cra (and i love guitar hero)

Yes. Some. Most of the games work, except band hero, which doesn't work for two reasons. 1. there is a case that comes with it that doesn't fit on. 2.the guitar uses the gameboy port that it doesn't have. Hope this helped!
