Yes, Jackson Hewitt and H&R Block are providing holiday loans in 2010. H&R Block has committed to providing the loans in early December. Jackson Hewitt has committed to providing the loans in mid-November.

HR Block does not offer "Holiday" loans. They offer a loan of up to $1,000 (if approved) all year round. They just advertise as Holiday loans this time of year. In addition if you get one of these loans you are NOT obligated to do your taxes with them.
No they are not. H&R BLOCK is doing Holiday loans but you have had to be a customer with them last year to qualify for it.
I don't know if Jackson is or not but H & R Block is doing loans right now through their Emerald Advance program.
Yes. H&R Block has indicated that they will begin offering holiday loans on or around December 6, 2010. As of October 20, 2010, Jackson Hewitt has not indicated whether or not they will be offering a holiday loan in 2010.
