Only the monsters that battle with it, are affected by that effect.
it is a creature made of ice that can freeze you for a turn or so, very deadly when paired with other monsters
You can't you have to juice your first and then hatch another one. :( You can build a champion chamber then freeze your current champion:(
Go to menu, tap academy and freeze 2 monsters that are at least a 1yr old and combine them using combine. You can also use a neighbor's and never use a second monster up. That's really only if you can find neighbors as skilled at the game as you, combining with weak monsters only hurts its potential growth.
It is your computer/laptop that is making Moshi Monsters freeze.
Time Freeze is an effect sold in the Poptropica store. When activated, any background motion or character movement ceases.NOTE : This is ineffective in defeating any of the opponents or challenges on the islands.

You want to go and get a good monster to start out with. If you cannot find any good ones, use the Monster Rancher 2 CD. Then train it every day and let it rest when it's tired. Save at the begining of every week and reset the game if your monster fails, cheats or truants it's drill. Let it fail once and scold it so it tries harder. Before you select 'yes' for the drill, if your monster says "Eeeeew!" then pick another. Focus on strengths rather than weaknesses. When the tournament comes up, save and then reset if you lose. When your monster dies, reset and freeze it. Repeat the process and combine the monsters and train the new monsters. Don't train any monsters unless their starting stats are 100 or higher. Send them on errentry whenever it's cheap and reset it until your monster learns a new move. When their young, feed them milk, until their about half a year old, then feed them fish. After tournaments, give them meat. Don't ever feed them potatoes, unless it says they like it. Don't ever give them any stat-raising items, because they shorten their lifespan. Only play with them half the time they ask for it, but play if they do something good and don't play if they do something bad. You can get new monsters by beating certain tournaments, but do not send them if they are tired or if they have low loyalty.
Unfortunately, you can't. I know it sucks. But, you can freeze your Champion & then hatch another Champion. But no, you can't have 2 Champions at the same current time, only 1. Sorry, hope this helps though.
I dont think Moshi Monsters gives a virus but it could freeze up your screen.
The easiest way is to use blizzard magic, however if your level is too high, you may kill the heartless before they freeze. The other option is to use a keyblade that has the "Counter blizzard" or "Add Blizzard" clock ability. Add Blizzard gives all your attacks the potential to freeze an enemy when you reach that clock level. "Counter Blizzard" gives you the potential to freeze enemies when you block their attacks at the appropriate clock level. Counter Blizzard is generally the better choice, as you can sit there and block the same foes over and over to build up your "Freeze X Enemies" challenge. Though you may have to attack a few times so your clock level doesn't reset.
