They do like each other as friends, in fact. They get along really well, when it isn't about Sasuke. They both love Sasuke, and when a fight is about him, they go crazy, but they are good friends, and they share a strong bond of friendship, even though they love to argue and fight each other. They have known each other from childhood

You spelled sasuke wrong! And you may think sasuke likes sakura! but he really doesn't admitt he's love for sakura nor Ino!!! And I know that Ino and Sakura are true Friends they won't let Sasuke come between them!! lol its not a real jutsu. when sakura turns into a giant that's actually her inner self (Inner Sakura). if you watched the episode, sakura vs ino, when ino went into sakuras mind, Inner Sakura emerged and was able to overthrow ino to get out of her body. There was also the part where ino said that sakura had like two minds (sakuras inside is stronger than a normal person).
