lol its not a real jutsu. when sakura turns into a giant that's actually her inner self (Inner Sakura). if you watched the episode, sakura vs ino, when ino went into sakuras mind, Inner Sakura emerged and was able to overthrow ino to get out of her body. There was also the part where ino said that sakura had like two minds (sakuras inside is stronger than a normal person).
