Yes, but he doesn't drink from it!
Yes but he does not drink from the fountain.
he thought it would make him young forever
No. It doesn't really exist.
he wanted to make history
There is a possibity of a fourth Pirates coming out, though there is not gaurantee. If there will, it will most likely be called the Fountain of Youth and will continue Jack Sparrow on his adventures. Whether Will and Elizabeth would make an appearance in the film is still uncertain since Keira Knightly is not interested in continuing the films. A fourth movie is possible and it is being considered, though if there will be I wouldn't expect if for another few years yet, the cast needs a break.
Coin walk/roll.
He wanted to find the fountain of youth because the taino natives at Puerto Rico wanted to get rid of him and talk to him about this marvelous fountain of youth to lure him out from PR. He was getting old and feeling young again sounded like an excellent idea, better than just finding gold.
You would need to purchase the fountain of youth, and place your dragon in it. After a set amount of hours, it will turn back into a hatchling.
No. The story of it can be traced back over a thousand years and historians think it began in India. This is one of those things that began in one place and migrated with people to other parts of the world. The story that de Lone was looking for it is also exaggerated and more legend than fact.
OF COURSE THERE WILL!, I'M SURE JOHNNY DEPP WANTS HIS CAPTAIN JACK SPARROW PIRATE TO BE AROUND IN MOVIE FOR AN EXTREMELY LONG TIME!, TO MAKE ALOT OF MONEY FOR THE SEQUEL, OR PREQUEL OR WHAT EVER YOU WANNA CALL IT!!!.

It doesn't have any component that will make you older and if definitely will not prevent you from aging. If you are looking for the Holy Grail or the Fountain of Youth I recommend you to look in other way. ;-)
