In 1928 Japan won it's first gold medal. It does vary for Japan's most (gold) medals in that Olympic sport. It could be in the winter or summer olympics. Personally I think they would have more ping pong medals.

Both countries however already started pumping oil and natural gas even so china and japan are working on the islands as a joint force.As for gold there were numerous gold rushes in japan. Japanese Gold is just the version that came out in Japan. Games normally come out in Japan, before they are translated into English. In my opinion, get Japanese Gold, and use an English version to help you along the way
