No. Sin is forgiven through asking God for forgiveness and turning from sin. Acceptance of Jesus as your Lord and Savior, loving Him, and allowing Him to change your heart and your ways, is how we get to heaven. He is capable of forgiving any sin that we truly repent of.
No church can forgive sin. No vicar, priest or whoever can forgive sin unless that sin was committed against that person. When one sins against God then only He can forgive.

Jesus relates to sin in that all those who sin sin against Him, as He is the Giver of Life and our Creator. Christ is the only One to ever live a life on earth and not to sin ever. The Old Testament Foreshadows the New Testament. The Passover foreshadows the Eucharist in the following ways. During Passover the Jewish people were commanded by God to slaughter an unblemished, male, lamb. This lamb's blood, when smeared over the doorway of a house, protected that family from death. For the Eucharist Jesus is the sacrificial lamb, unblemished with sin. In order for the Gates of Heaven to be re-opened to us, we needed eternal satisfaction for our sin (Adam and Eve's sin). Because Christ is God, and He died for us, He provided that eternal satisfaction. In the Eucharist we receive that eternal sacrifice in the Eucharist in a non- bloody manner.
