If he is running for senate and running against George, I would say no. Having been a caregiver for 2 family members with dementia, I would say he definitely has signs of early dementia.

He does not, he has a stutter. That explains why he mixes his words. In speech therapy, stutterers use a technique by quickly changing the sentence or the subject when they feel like they’re about to stutter. Getting older also affects how much someone stutters. In terms of forgetting, he's human; the media pays way too much attention to when he does stutter. So no, if he had dementia, he would've been in much worse health. Donald Trump might be the one with dementia though, his mental health isn’t the best!

In all honesty, probably. I can't say anything for sure, but he has shown signs(and this coming from someone who takes care of a mother with extreme dementia) of having dementia multiple times.
