If you are referring to the original game, Kingdom Hearts 1, I would say on a scale of 1 to 10 (with one being terrible, and ten being amazing), that it is around 7-8.
The graphics could be better, but this game is nearly 10 years old now. The technology at the time was not as "good" as it is now. It's sequels, (excluding the GBA game) have better graphics and I would say that they rank about 8 or 9.
